Useful diagnostics

Bring context with the problem.

A useful support report identifies the affected workspace, what you expected, what happened instead, the visible status or error, and the action that triggered it. Never paste provider secrets into a support request.

For source issues

  • Source URL and discovery method.
  • Visible source health/status.
  • Last successful discovery or extraction.
  • Relevant log message with secrets removed.

For publishing issues

  • Article or story state.
  • Fact Guard / Quality Gate / Readiness status.
  • Queue job state if background processing is involved.
  • WordPress role/capability of the affected user.
